Those results look ok for a 80/20 sync. Out of interest what does AAISP's tester give you?

Probably down to the routing your line takes to TBB's tester - if other testers give you expected results then you've got nothing to worry about.
I always say never treat TBBs tester as gospel, especially now that speedtest.net offers both multi and single thread tests on every Ookla server. FWIW the TBB tester never gives me more than 150 Mbps on my 330 Mbps line yet every other speedtest - incl both single & multi thread tests on
multiple speedtest.net servers - easily churns out > 300 Mbps. I gave up a long time ago wondering why the TBB tester always gives me strange results
