BT/Openreach project info

Is anyone able to point me in the right direction on who I can contact at BT/Openreach to get a little bit more info on some works on roadworks.org? Imagine i'll just get passed around if I don't get the right department.

I know it's a new junction box (presume underground), but this small group of houses is due to get fttp as part of a BDUK project in the next few months and since the majority of the area is on poles except a few meters of ducting I was curious if BT would be able to just confirm if this is related to that, possibly to house a new fttp splitter?

Ha, not a problem. If you click on a particular roadworks item, then along the bottom there is a bunch of share options. One is to email which will give you that link.

Now we just need to find out how we can get more info from the reference numbers.

I emailed Openreach direct and they replied quick with the answers.

No reply so far unfortunately. I've tried the email you suggested and another one I found about their network on openreach's website.

Could take a week or two to get a reply, They said they were very busy and a lot of the staff are still working from home
