It will be available, but that is not the same as DLM deciding to use it or not.
Seeing as G.INP effectively turns off in-flight error correction in the modem and replaces it with packet retransmission, plus increasing the connection speed, the throughout would drop through the floor
on high-erroring lines. It could also swamp the DSLAM.
The whole purpose of DLM is to attain stability of connection and throughout capability, with a compromise between connection speed and error rates. Given that the higher the sync speed the higher the error rate, always applying G.INP would not be a good idea.
