FTTP Digital Voice - What If?

Hi. I'm not in this situation but I'm wondering what would happen if someone moved into a new property with only fibre available or pre installed and wanted just a phone line only and no broadband. How would, say BT, provide a phone service in that situation? Do they have a stand alone ATA or would they use a SH2? Cheers Andy
