Will it need an Openreach engineer to fix it?
If it's a stuck profile, what it needs is the right person in an Openreach provisioning office to do some things on a computer, which doesn't take long.
Those more familiar with migrations might know if there's any chance it will happen overnight tonight?
You will be lucky if that happens without a technician's time and yours being expended first by a visit to your home. If that happens and they call ahead, consider explaining that depending on their coronavirus risk tolerance, they may prefer to test from the cabinet, see the profile is stuck and kick it upstairs.
With that said, have a look at the installation in your new property. If the NTE is old, or there are external junction boxes with covers coming off, or you suspect bridge taps might be involved - it's an opportunity to ask for those to be fixed. Most techs are happy to help.
At 68 attainable down your line isn't bad and the cabinet is likely around 400m away. If it's right outside or 100m away at the end of your street you could maybe do a bit better, so there might be something to be gained from a test from inside the home.
Edit: just saw your comment about the other line syncing at 80/20. If you're overhead fed the standard modern dropwire has two pairs in it. Pairs from the pole back to the cabinet are of variable quality, the first I was given at my current property barely made 25Mbit, after many Openreach visits I'm now stable at 78.
