Good stuff! Your duct is congested, which could be the reason why.

When they was rodding and roping a month or so back they couldn't actually get their rods through my house duct to the footway (shared with 4 other houses)

Luckily a contact at OR sent a team back and managed to get it done and roped the next day, have spoken to them again to see if they can get the status updated.

Sure it wont delay it for long, hopefully anyway!

The checker being a bit out of date regarding the duct shouldn't be a problem, FTTP is available and you have ordered it so relax and look forward to installation.smile

Fibre has been run, CSP installed and ONT (Huawei) is on the wall...

The port on the OLT has not been commissioned yet though so got a red light teasing me smile He got it lit to do a light test (-14.7) but then it shuts itself off again.

Shame its a Friday as it will probably be Tuesday now before we get the final hurdle out the way, but happy the hardware install is done smile

Originally they would, long story short my install was done by the OR guys doing the infrastructure install so my ISP order is a bit out of sync.

I am also the first person to be installed so guess I am the guinea pig smile
