Agrees with the other site, but a extra few details. There's one local road where the houses are definitely served by direct burial cables, and it says this for next week, 'lay 117 meters of duct in footway ,25 poke outs

If most poles have blue ropes tied to the bottom of them then yes almost certainly FTTP.
