Yes, I know!

In my specific case, CityFibre tell me I can't have their service because "we don't have permission from your landlord". Fair enough. Then their FAQs say "Please email [email protected] with the either the landlord name or managing agent details".

So I do and you know the rest...

OP, they are currently creating havoc on the roads in Alverthorpe, Flanshaw and Lupset.

We had them in Rothwell, Oulton and Woodlesford (among other areas in South Leeds) last year and they still haven't added any information on their checker - still says 'Thanks for your interest, we haven’t planned your area at the moment.' so I've no idea why they disrupted the whole area for weeks if they hadn't planned anything...

Hopefully your email to them will give you more information than their website.
