There is only one rule for FTTP (from any provider): it isn't available to order until it's available to order.

In my specific case, CityFibre tell me I can't have their service because "we don't have permission from your landlord". Fair enough. Then their FAQs say "Please email [email protected] with the either the landlord name or managing agent details".
So I do and you know the rest...
