No problem. And it looks like they are announcing 6 IPv4 prefixes:

6 | 94.176.96.0/24 Vem Solutions, LLC
154.61.152.0/24154.61.153.0/24
154.61.154.0/24154.61.155.0/24
193.3.34.0/24 Digital Infrastructure LTD |
Presumably your IP is in one of those? Oddly the 154.x.x.x blocks are originally from Afrinic, so these look to have been obtained on dubious terms; the larger 154.61.0.0/16 block is recorded as for Cogent/PSINet.
Aside: I guess this is why the route announcements for those 4 blocks are not RPKI signed, whereas the other two are. However that's very unlikely to affect you as an end user.

Yes it is within one of those
Just had another irritating call to "support" or lack of, system is down, again, will get back to you, been saying that since tuesday, only happened after restore after outage then ip address issue.
I have split bands 2.4 and 5ghz to seperates, and have changed those channels from auto to channel 6 and 48, but still no connection to internet, but I can access router dashboard only lol
I've asked the support what is so special about the guest network being that is the only one that works for me at the minute and was ok up until tuesdays outage, is it another chip for guest wifi? is the channel for 5ghz guest wifi different from everything else, they just seem more than happy blaming me and the phone, it's nothing to do with the router

There will only be one 5GHz radio in the router, so the normal and guest SSIDs will be on the same channel.
You'll be able to see this with a suitable client tool, e.g. "Wifi Analyzer" for Android.

Hi
Thanks for that, shown as channel 48 for 5ghz.
All seems odd as it is for both 2.4 and 5ghz will connect but with no Internet connection.
Cheers

You get an IP address via DHCP? Presumably you do, because you can reach the router's web interface.
What about a traceroute to 8.8.8.8? (Windows: tracert -d 8.8.8.8). Does it stop at the router?
It does sound like the router has been misconfigured by the provider.

Hi
I've taken a screen shot of 5ghz band, would you suggest trying a different channel?

No. If the Internet is simply not reachable, but the router's web interface is, then wifi is working fine.

Hi
That was why I tried the guest network on 5ghz, not problems on that at all except I can't access the router dashboard, security protocols lol
I wasn't expecting the guest wifi to work either, just ruling things out.
I've not changed anything until support changed channels and separated the bands, and with the phone connecting on guest 5ghz, proper and still stumps me, be easier if nothing worked then it must be the phone.
Be fibre have finally agreed to send out a new router, not sure if it's the linksys that is apparently coming soon or just another adtran door stop.
I state to them in quite a harsh tone, if you allowed people to use their own equipment, I'd have bought something else, tried that, instead they drag their heels and decide on a Friday afternoon to post one out Monday??? Bring they have quite a heavy presence in the area with other poor souls using their service, I suggested an engineer visit, swap the boxes over and see what happens.
Hey ho
