Faraday Building is located just outside the Farringdon area - my guess is just confusion.

Presumably there is an ONT fitted, what does the PON LED show (red or green, solid or flashing)? There could be a build issue such as the splitter feeding your ONT isn't connected to the documented headend port, it just needs escalating rather than continual passing the buck.

A good ISP would be badgering Openreach to get it sorted, or you could resort to emailing the Openreach CEO with a succinct description of the issue and what has happened so far with engineer visits, etc.

It's solid red.

My ISP (BT) is quite useless unfortunately. I'll hold off emailing OR until I hear back from BT for the latest engineer visit.
