Internal CSP

Greetings, new poster here.

I've sign up to FTTP and have been told that an internal CSP (roseta?) would be fitted rather than an external one. This will feed an ONT by optical cable which will need its own power supply, then an ethernet cable to the supplied router.

How common is an internal CSP please? Non-Openreach if it makes a difference.

Sure. Got one here. Not completed / hooked up yet, due to Hyperoptic having a bit of a ‘mare on Tuesday 😅

Mine is located in teh loft about 50cm from the ONT. Openreach provisioned by a sub-con

Common enough, especially in early MDU stuff
