Problems with emails

Hi,
I find that any emails sent using Orange to people using Virgin never arive anymore and don't get bounced back either? Virgin customers can email Orange customers okay, but it seems that Orange people are unable to reply. Also as the emails never reach the person and as no bounced back (failed message) emails are ever received, you don't realise that the people at Virgin are not getting them.

Anyone else having the same problem?
