Slow browsing speed, earth quake? or Orange?

[link to this post]

I did find that my browsing is constantly slow but download and P2P is all right. I am not so sure about if it is caused by the earth quake occured previously or Orange's problem?

I attached my ping results for some oversea's website as following:

www.baidu.com -640 ms avg. (packet lost occured)

www.yahoo.co.jp -506 ms avg.

www.yahoo.com.hk -309 ms avg.

www.google.com.tw - 392 ms avg.

Could anybody try to ping those websites see if it's my line's problem or Orange?

And this is my connection info. from live box:
ADSL firmware version : A2pBT009c1.d17d
Connection mode : G.DMT
Type : Fast
Noise margin (dB) : 11.5
Attenuation (dB) : 23.0
Attainable download rate (kbps) : 9856
ADSL status : Connected [0]

Are the noise and attenuation ok?
