Start saving money on calls
We want you to start saving money on calls as soon as possible, so follow these simple steps:
* unplug your Livebox for 15 minutes
* then plug it back in and connect a normal dial or touchtone phone into your Livebox
* the small phone shaped light on the top of your Livebox will come on to tell you that you're ready to make calls
Don't forget, to make cheaper calls with your Talk service, your Livebox needs to be plugged in, switched on and the phone shaped light needs to be lit, but your computer doesn't need to be switched on.
To check the cost of calls, including calls to 0845 and 0870 numbers, go to
www.orange.co.uk/time/talk.htm then click on the 'What is Talk?' tab.
If you have a pay monthly contract with Orange mobile you can upgrade your service to make free calls to all Orange UK mobiles through your Livebox. To upgrade and start making calls you need to register by calling 0870 010 2462*. You'll need your Orange mobile account number and Orange Broadband details. The techie bit
Every now and then we'll need to update your Livebox to make sure you receive the best service possible. When we do, you'll see the lights on your Livebox flashing and you'll lose your Internet connection for 5 to 10 minutes. Don't turn your Livebox off. Once the lights stop flashing you'll be back online.
