Depends who you talk to, they've been pretty good for me so far in the 4 months I've been with them but anything with a 24 month contract would be a definite no no for me, that's a big risk if anything goes wrong.

They're not very good as far as speeds go from my experience with them. 24 months is a hefty contract too if something does go wrong!

I would find someone else if the forums and surveys are anything to go by. The usually finish at or near the bottom. Why would they want to tie you in for 24months if they are any good ?

Hi,

I have the 18 month mobile/free bb service. Things you might want to know.. The free service is only 2MB down, you can go to 8mb depending on your line for an extra

Ok cheers for the help guys to be honest 24 months is very off-putting will probably stay away as I'm more than happy with the service i'm getting of ukfsn at this moment in time and there no contracts.

Why do you want a 24-month contract?
