Your stats do look very slightly better to me with the Orange filter
Eh? How so?

Sync speed is slower!

If you mean error stats, the OP has just rebooted router.

Therefore, your conclusion doesn't follow.

Your first posted stats show an enormous no. of Error Seconds for 4 hours.

Keep posting uptime with any router stats.

Sorry I meant to say that some apects are better (mainly upstream I believe). Not that the overall stats have improved.

My mistake.

Which does often occur just from a resync. Hardly worth a mention and certainly can't be attributed to a swapped filter.

Error Seconds (ES) now normal but sync still too low.

Guess you have to wait out training period.

it would be of interest to see your bt speedtester.
Try this link. http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/
run speed test then diagnostics lower down.
On your stats you should be running faster, mine are similar and have 11.6 down and 1.1 up.
Do you hear any noise on phone line with quiet test dial 17070 then option 2.
When you changed filter did you reboot router.
just wondering, bt test will show, if you have been banded for some reason 3-6mb.

BT speedtest is of no use at this stage.

No, it won't! IP Profile is a function of Sync speed not the other way round. It's the sync speed that is too low for the line.

It's gone back down to 2155kbps and has been connected for just over a day now at that speed. I think i'll have to wait until the training period is over.
