Try to get it on Fast Path rather than Interleaved and you won't have any FEC errors cuz they not checked on Fast Path.

Your FECs might not matter as LoS = 0 & ES are low.


That probably won't happen as he is on a market 1 exchange with no LLU options. I'm guessing it is a resold BT product.
I'll leave it a week or so and see how he gets on with it. Thanks for the help so far.

What won't happen? BTw's DLM does select Fast Path if it wants too. I'm on it.

Still think its worth trying a reboot.

Oh I never realised that! I thought they were always interleaved.
It has been that long since I have been on a BT product.

I'll get him to do a reboot.
