The Scavenger mode is quite amusing...

But overall, the update system and time and whatnot was rather a mess

Not played scavenger yet, the Aftermath maps are a nice mix of tank/infantry. Flying around a sky scraper is not easy smile

The quakes are an interesting mid game scene change, also finding little passageways through buildings slowly

I'm not a fan of scavenger.
If you play on the Epi-centre map there's a pipe you can crawl through, I think it's on Charley flag (it has a dinosaur in it) once you're through to the other side you get a trophy :/

The maps are really good, still learning the passage ways, though the amount of snipers on buildings and anti tank mines is a bit crazy.

Its a shame that more couldn't have been made with the aftershocks - a bit of a camera shake and a few sound effects doesn't elicit danger.

But then it was apparently dumbed down for PS3 users, as it's processors couldn't handle too much...

No it was Tuesday just gone you doh ball !

Coming from an encyclopaedia of battlefield information how could you get your release dates so wrong smile

As i just stated i bought the Battlefield game again because like i said i thought it was pretty decent online and now with you raving every 2 minutes about everything battlefield i thought i would get the premium edition with all the extra content.

Seems now i have just realised i need not have bothered since it seems i already paid for the extra premium content when i first bought the dam game in the first place.

When i put it in the disk tray this afternoon knowing there would be some massive updates and stuff i got quite a surprise to see how many.

First of there was a 1.6 gig update, then another 1.5 hd texture pack to see it better, then there was 4 map maps around 9 gig ..........Jez its still downloading.

Well this is Battlefield large maps and destrouction so its going to be a few large downloads but most games are this way now- few that come with all the content but hey nearly 30 gig for a fps game.

Yeah i know mate, just glad i did not take the wrapper of this evening for a quick look at the new aftermath map pack and all the rest else i would have been starring at a download screen for about 4 hours.

Even after all the download of the data i still loaded Far Cry 3 instead for my second play through wink
