error in BTw database

Andrew am I right you can get these fixed?

My speed estimate on the BT adsl checker is now currently very low, but if I check my neighbours served from same DP they have normal estimates.

If you can get this kind of issue fixed please let me know thanks.

It is extreme.

Usually clean low is in high 60s or low 70s
Clean high always been 80
Clean high and low always been 20 on the upload.

Now they are around 20mbit on the downstream and 2mbit on the upstream. So needs fixing.

Is it because you have a Sky phone line rather than BT?

that just stops the number been tested, the address checker has always gave the right result on sky before my fault.

It seems the fault at my cabinet has made the database corrupt.

The database updates every so often.

If you're not planning on switching providers then give it a few months.

If it's still an issue then get it looked at.

because openreach told me, I cant say much more then that.

Interesting as 2 weeks ago they said it was not possible to override eMLC ranges.
