just wondering when it will regain speed?. ive had it 8 days now and speeds are showing 0.4 mb

hope it sorts itself out.

max ive had on a test is 3.5mb so far.

What does www.speedtester.bt.com say? In particular the IP Profile

internal server error. bt speedtest has never worked on any of my pcs

what u mean by ip profile?

well..... checked my number with bt and can have a max adsl rate of 7mb/s

heres a few stats also

ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 8128 kbps 448 kbps
Line Attenuation 30 db 7.5 db
Noise Margin 7 db 26 db

i just cant see whats wrong unless its stabalization period.

Hi,
If you check the "Talk to the Staff" message board there are some posts regarding probs. with the ADSL speed test.
Might his be your problem?

no ive tried many speed tests and they all get slow readings.

wll done a proper bt spedtester and it got 248kb and im on pipex max 8mb service LOL
