Is there anyway to show the asterik password in the router settings?

Try saving a copy of the router config and open that in notepad. Sometimes this will give you access to the login name & password.

There used to be a utility called
behind the asterixs or
behind the stars

http://www.majorgeeks.com/downloads6.html

lists a whole bunch of useful similar utilities..

Alternatively, if it is still on its default passwords, a search on the web/ google will show up a list with it in,.

I called ISP they gave me my password. Turns out it was my first default password and somewhere along the line i had changed it and entirely forgot. So i knew it all along LOL

Funny thing is Nildram refused to give me my personal password even after security checks :|

Lucky i remembered then.

I would hope they couldn't give you your password, as it should be encrypted on their systems in a way they cannot access it. The only option would be for them to reset your password.
