I think it's only the BT estimator, which samknows pretty well copies verbatim, that has that message about something else on the line.
We all know that if you have broadband already, that's what it means, so doesn't prevent you getting a MAC code and migrating.
Some ISPs also realise that. Others don't and just accept what it says. So Orange have got it right.
However, I hope you aren't thinking of going to them. See

(The Sky ratings are lower than I would expect presumably because they cover both their LLU service which seems to be good, and their IPStream service Sky Connect which seems to be one of the worst). I haven't included Nildram in the TBB one either as I expect it doesn't yet reflect the results of customers being moved to Tiscali LLU.
