Hi,
I've been experiencing a much slower broadband connection for about 10+ days now and after looking at my router stats and doing the BT speed test I found that my IP Profile had been set to 1500 instead of the usual 6500+ which my line is capable of. After bringing this to the attention of the Plusnet technical faults team they found that there was "A miss match with my profiles on different exchange systems". They asked me yesterday to do a power cycle on my router and then report back to them if no speed increase had occured.
As you can guess there was no change and my profile is still 1500. There have been a number of customers experiencing similar IP Profile mismatch problems with their Plusnet broadband over the past month and none of us have had any luck getting it sorted out. My question to the experts on this forum is what can I do about getting this fixed?
I have checked the micro filters, router and cables in my home and as you can see from the results below my router seems to be working fine, unless i'm missing something?

Has anyone got any suggestions on how I can get this problem fixed? Should I be getting onto BT about this issue or is it Plusnet I should be pointing the finger at? You can see the correspondance I've had with Plusnet over this issue in the thread linked below.

Any help you can give on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
