I have had reset done now, although better, and not to far away for the next profile. I put the suggestions you made as to why the speed would drop, to BT , they would not commit, however they would go as far as " with some luck it might get back to where it was". The current changes are in bold.

Well It synced again soon after my bedtime from the last post, and it appears time does indeed heal. Rate: 6336 kbs to 7136 and now 7488. Result!
