If I were to order a BT business phone line and BT business broadband, what sort of service wrape would I get. I am asking as I want to know if the Phone line breaks or ADSL breaks, what are the fix times.
Same sort of things for another business provider.
Basically could I base a remote sales office on this type of technology where the app is an internet app they are using, but they need to use all of the time

Don't use bt
Their customer service is shocking!
And products are overpriced IMO,...
Use a smaller provider, you will get much better customer service.

Presume you mean that the repair rates can be paid for on top of the usual pricing, i.e. Total Care options.
Even with Total Care you may have four hours downtime, and if the downtime was because someone stole the copper wiring, then you'd simply be compensated.
If short if the remote office needs all the time, i.e. 99.999% connectivity is not for you. If 99% is OK then fine. ADSL can run sometimes for two years with no real down time, it is highly variable based on the area you are in.

ok so I would need
1) The phone line
2) The adsl line
3) BT Total care
4) The mtc number for fixes if this ever happens
and I can get an agreed 4hr fix, or is this just a 4hr we will get to you to look at the problem.

4 hours to respond, if you want a fix then its Critical Care £5 a month apparently
http://business.bt.com/phone-services/phone-lines-an...
NOTE: Need it on both the telephone and broadband service

I can see the Critical care on the Phone line, not on the Broadband. I can see references in other docs to a "Broadband Network Premium" service, but have not seen any price for this.
Anyone using an enhanced 'support' pakage on the BT broadband service, if so what and at what cost?

What's your budget?
I've just set up a line with a local ISP Talk Internet (not to be confused with TalkTalk). Their service is run over BT 21CN/WBC.
I've just ordered,
ADSL2+ Max Business Unlimited
ADSL2+ Annex M Add-on Assured Rate
ADSL Enhanced Care
PSTN
For £90.00 per month. Which will get the best possible SLA for an ADSL line.
Next step up is EFM with 4hr SLA, but that's pushing £300 for ~10MB.

thank you for that, this answers my question.
was just checking how I can get a business adsl with some form of SLA for BB and the line itself.
