Thanks for the info,of the one's you linked that also do it,any of them stand out above the others?!

I was liking the look of the ADSL24 one?

Also what about dates for this to go live, in peoples experience how does BT turn these boxes on, i ask because 2 of the exchanges in my town are now offering FTTC but my one is not!, on samknows the activation dates are all the same

We may be able to give some idea if you tell us your postcode. Several people here have access to December 2011 data for postcode/cabinet. ISPs such as ADSL24 that you mentioned have access to April 2012 data.

Yes, the FTTC service is a BT wholesale based service. Have you upgraded to the 80/20 yet?

I have 2 x lines to my house which are FTTC, one is with ADSL24 and one with you. However I do not get the full 40mbs are present due to distance from the cabinet so have been advised trying to upgrade is pointless. Happy to try if it cost nowt more?
