I don't understand WHY i get no replies from them. I have emailed them 5 times now and received NOTHING back. Why do i feel i have been sold down the road. I can see that the unit is working and it seems to test every hour on the hour.

Same here, no replies via email or even on here.
Obviously communication isn't their thing, they want our data but don't like questions.

I have just checked my spam folder and there replies to my mails have been automatically classed as spam by my mail program. I seem to have had the standard reply mail that everyone else has received.

Has anyone worked out the cost of the electicity for the router for 4 month?
|
|
|
Depends on the router, your electricity supplier and the tariff you're on, but probably less than a fiver.
(A typical router will use 10W or less, over 4 months that's about 30 units- check your electricity bill to find the cost/unit)

Probably no more than a tenner.

I was accounting for a wireless router (not checked this thread).

Shouldn't matter- if the router power brick is rated at (say) 12 volts, 1 amp then the maximum power is 12 watts. Simples

I got my cheque ... not sure what to do with those old fashioned things ... perhaps I'll e-mail and ask for a bank transfer.
