I don't know how recently you connected our device but if it's been for a few weeks and you have not received a speed update or your cheque it may be that we have not been picking up your data and we may need to check how you have set up the router.

I sent you a mail (10/08/12) as requested, then get no response!!! as many others on here are reporting, mail had opening line:

In response to your post if I were at ICM & sent out a unit then got no data, I would be following up on that issue (yes/no)?,
My unit (the second now as 1st was faulty & returned) has been running for over a month now 24/7 & due to lag, page freezing & disconects (LED fashing Orange) I am sure the unit IS sending data whether I am useing my connection!!! or not.
I expect the issue to be resolved within the next few days as of then the unit will be switched OFF.
