Here is a copy of the email i got

"Dear Panellist,

You should have received an e-mail from us to let you know that the Broadband panel closed at the end of September. Apologies if this is not the case.

In order to close this panel completely and send out final payments please could you all do the following:

a) Unplug The Router: Your router has been re-set to factory settings so please ensure that you un-plug the router from your network to ensure that the privacy of your wireless network is maintained.

*** IMPORTANT: If your router remains plugged-in, there is a potential risk of other people accessing your wireless network. For this reason we strongly recommend you un-plug the router ***

b) Return The Router: In coming weeks you should receive a return envelope addressed to ICM in which to return your router to us. Please note that the postage will be paid by ICM upon return to us, and your return bag should be accepted at any Post Office

Regarding payment of any outstanding incentives, we will ensure all people who have been successfully connected for the duration of the Panel will be paid by the end of January.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for help with this project

Regards, the Broadband Panel."

I think the return post will be free post but it's the way it's put down.
also
the bit where it say's
Regarding payment of any outstanding incentives.

does that mean they will pay us again if so what?

They may be in the process of sending out bags to return routers in.

On the payments, I think it means they will do a final check to see if anyone is owed any money, and will get the cheques sent out.
