Where is that offer please? And don't forget the OP is on a Market 1 exchange.

PlusNet Unlimited appears to be £16.99pm on a 12-month term, plus line rental, or £19.49pm if the line rental is with someone else.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 59.4/14.4Mbps @ 600m. - BQM

Taken from the PN website, the legal bits:- http://ipsite.org/1sq7

Looks like the BB part of the bundle for a NON low cost area is not £9.00 a month according to the above which is for an eighteen month contract not twelve months.

There is a discount for 12 months, with current offer from £2.50, applied on my Market 1 exchange. Result
£9 for 12 Months then reverts to £16.99 ( plus Line Rental ) . Decided to stay with BT for sport.

OP was saying Phone, Broadband and TV. phone normally includes Line Rental.

OK,found it. But the relevant bit says
You'll receive the Plusnet Weekends, Anytime or Anytime International 300 home phone package and Plusnet Unlimited Broadband and if you live in a low cost area for the first 12 months you will pay £2.50 per month plus line rental and from month 13 £9.99 per month plus line rental (otherwise £9.50 per month plus line rental for the first 12 months then £16.99 per month plus line rental from month 13).
No £9.

Flippery's experience in the order process on an M1 exchange seems odd.

The "new customer" discount is for 12 months but the overall bundle contract is 18 months, so you have to pay the full rate for a further 6 months before the contract is ended.

Just went through the order process for a market 1 exchange i.e. not a low cost area, as can be seen on this screen shot:- http://ipsite.org/1sql

{/quote)

Must admit it could have been £9.50 /month. Only got to top line, terms mentioned later on.This cost with BT Sport made it not worth the effort . No problems with BT and fibre coming later this year helped with decision.

The object of original post was to give OP a reason to look at alternative. Netflix not going to last long wth Sky. The " not eligible" made me question if the property could have BB speed problems
