He said doing a "TPM" ( which was done last week) at the exchange will make no difference , as the above needs doing to fix the fault , is that factually correct?
If correct surely my ISP should have known this ? and not booked a boost engineer ,
Hence why i am seeing the exact same problems as before the "TPM" was done.
