Yes but not absolutely clear what the graphs are showing, a ping of around 40ms normally, but then gaps where you get nothing for 6 to 10 mins. During those gaps have you lost internet connectivity completely?

What are the router lights doing during one of these gaps, and most importantly what are the router stats.

When the ping goes high I loose connectivity, the router lights stay green for 5.5 mins of the 6 mins and then the internet light goes red.

Router stats mirror the above comment and show no problem until the last 30 secs when they show a loss in connectivity and then I get connection back.

I will collect matched ping and router stat graphs and send them.

Upshot is 5 to 6 minute gaps, which one assumes is loss of connection.

They also report gaps in router stats monitoring and modem dropping connection if I understand correctly.

The joy of a long line, that may be subject to AM radio interference

Image hosting service such as flickr (others are available) and then link to it in a post.

We don't take images directly in posts, as you can be sure people would abuse the system, thus only feasible if the effort to police the few bad eggs was worth it.

The BQM just needs the direct link to tbb posting here of course, no need to upload an image.
