to be honest I was just surprised that the truecall box managed to do that...
But yes, the main issue here does seem to be the sharing of sensitive information and also the ongoing barrage of abusive language within the thread... all of which has originated from the dislike of enforcement of forum guidelines.
Anyway, I'm trying to get through to Plusnet COT... so got bigger things to worry about like my battery going dead before having my call answered
UPDATE: Ha, Plusnet answered the phone in record time, 6mins.... then where very polite and friendly which has been something I've not heard from Plusnet for some time... and then told me they owed me money... hehe
