I just had a phone call from recruitment there with a verbal job offer, they are working early today!

Got given my job location and then agreed a start date and told that the contract will follow in an email.

After all the waiting it seems to be moving quite fast now!

Have you received the email yet?

Did anyone get told about a scotland yard check in assessment?
When Do we have/have to pay that?

1st week yarn field then Bolton after!!!

Awh right so we are still away for 5 weeks? someone mentioned only a week ? oh well haha will find out when I get the call!

Yeah I got the email on Friday! I don't know about a Scotland Yard check as I'm in Scotland we do a disclosure Scotland form that I'm guessing would be that same? I know the disclosure Scotland is about £30, we pay it up front urn it gets refunded when you start.

In all the excitement I forgot to ask how long we would be away for, she did say training would last 12 weeks now rather than the old 9 weeks the training lasted

Im confused- she said induction in bolton?

Not had the email yet, phonecall was 9am.

Disclosure scotland was what i meant- i only asked as i expected to pay it on the phone today.

You don't pay openreach for the disclosure Scotland you pay that on the website when you apply for the checks

Had my email last week but no phone call yet.
