There doesn't have to be only one Paula. There doesn't even need to be any "Paula" in this process.

I have worked for a company that advertised with a named person to send CV's to or request application forms from. There was no such person. As I found out after I joined.

Since when I have encountered other companies with the same policy. From the company's point of view it has a lot to recommend it.

Having said that, there won't be many in this case, but I'd be very surprised if there are more than three or four people coordinating the offer planning and coordination.

Any one else heard anything yet? Just had my contract through with about a million things to complete in a very short timescale so looks like things are getting done in a short time frame.
