Crossing fingers for the remaining lads for Monday to be honest I have had the e-mail but it's more of a notification of the change in pay than an offer and says I should get a start date for the next couple of months. So don't feel that far ahead of you or the original e-mail notifying of passing the assessment.
It is likely they are filling up the courses with the larger groups of appplicants from specific areas then filling up the gaps from declines and drop outs with the smaller groups!
There may be logic there somewhere!

If you have had that email, the call should follow within 5 days, that's how it worked out for me mate. Fingers crossed for you all.

Please take my advice, you've just included your first name in a post further down. The company is very strict about this sort of thing. People get sacked straight away for putting anything online. You don't even work for them yet!

Because you've put your first name in the post and an extract from the email whoever has responded to you (if they're reading this post) now knows exactly who you are and you've just slagged off the process!

If they're having a bad day they might just think "if he doesn't like it he can forget the job" and put a line through your name. You may think I'm being dramatic but I'm really not, I'm just trying to help.

Great news guys . Hope it all goes well for you all as when all is done it can still be a good job , far better then being in a workshop or office all day long.
