This would have been in the pipeline for quite some time, I think the change to role/wage and the length of time it has taken to start dishing out the roles is all part of the new setup of OR. Too much of a coincidence for it all to happen at the same time.

It won't have any affect on new starters, I work for EE which is part of the BT group but operates as its own company, like plusnet and BTFS.

My mate has also just passed the situational tests and has his video interview next week, all I know is that its not with a live person, and I presume it will just replace the original telephone interview.

Yea I thought as much, may even be a positive step for us newcomers we shall have to wait and see!
