Really?
I clicked on the Flash version.

What about this one, this was defiantly via the Flash Link.

Unless its falling back to the HTML5 version due to IPv6 ?

I am assuming that is an IPv4 only test.

I can disable my IPv6 and test it.

Ok, it seems that it was running the HTML5 version of the test.

This was the link used in the test:

The GUI for both tests are nice and Green if that helps.

But it seems I have to also click on the [Get Adobe Player] link where it asks me to allow or block.

Sadly IPv6 reports "Test not run as you are on IPv4." where as https://www.thinkbroadband.com/tools/what-is-my-ip states my IPv6 Address.

Sadly every time I allow flash on (FF, Chrome, Edge etc) and it completes the test the result is displayed on my screen, but all references to that test are invalid and says:

Sorry!
We cannot retrieve your speedtest results. Run a Speed Test now.

So something is strange, its not too much of an issue due to I know my connection is fine.

Yeap defaulting to HTML tester when flash is blocked.

Flash is in a bit of a state and not linking to the new systems yet, so runs but no data storage. That will get fixed but will be final code changes to flash.

Yeah, I tried the tests a few times all same issue saying it cannot find the results when it completes, so linking to the results is broken.

Also as you are already aware by other posters, the ISP list is also blank.

The IPv6 version of the flash test, doesn't detect I am on IPv6.

So yeah its in a bad state.

Apart from that the HTML5 tests are getting better, its still all over the place due to the way its doing the test, but its a bit more stable than it was before.

Seems the test server is hosted in London by Iomart Hosting Limited. You'd never guess it by the poor latency.
