Nope since over that sort of length of coax there is no signal loss, also makes things like multi room installs of the set top boxes simpler, since what people have been doing for years with splitters and moving cables around can continue.

A siamese coaxial cable with a blown fibre tube attached goes into the home, and the ONT has a PON bypass. They did plan ahead.
