The unexplained thing is how it got set to Disabled. At least you know how to fix it now smile. And hopefully how to change the address if that changes.

If the address often changes it is worth looking into that Dynamic DNS suggestion from others. Or better, getting a Static IP Address if your ISP can provide one. Though that can be stupidly expensive, whereas AIUI the Dynamic DNS is free.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk. Domains, site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Three 4G, tbb tests normally 35-45Mpbs down, 65Mbps off-peak, 9-24 up. BQM

Usual reason for setting disabled is a long period of no responses and rather than use resources monitoring unpingable locations these get turned off
