The unexplained thing is how it got set to
Disabled. At least you know how to fix it now

. And hopefully how to change the address if that changes.
If the address often changes it is worth looking into that
Dynamic DNS suggestion from others. Or better, getting a Static IP Address if your ISP can provide one. Though that can be stupidly expensive, whereas AIUI the Dynamic DNS is free.
