I could quite happily get by with a v6 allocation and then CGNAT IPv4, or some other IPv4aaS solution (as long as it didn't end up requiring me to use an ISP-provided router). I don't think CGNAT-only IPv4 services should be allowed to be advertised as internet connections, it's glorified coffee shop Wi-Fi at that point.
