Bqm graph

I've only just set this up...I'm not sure that the red is good! Can anyone help interpret it please?

To be honest the red, yellow and blue don't look good. You should really see the green line with maybe occasionally spikes of yellow when things are busy. Is it FTTC? If so, then there is most likely a problem with the line. Can you get stats out of the router (line stats such as attenuation, SNR and power; if possible error stats as well).

I did wonder about the graph in general. I found some of the stats you mentioned:

I haven't been able to find an error log but here is an updated graph. I really don't understand what is going on here.

This is easily the worst graph I have ever seen 😂

It may be your NowTV router is blocking the BQM thinking it is a hacker. Without logs or more detail from the NowTV box or their website it is hard to tell. It looks as if you are disconnected from the net most of the day.

What problems are you experiencing apart from the graph?

From looking at your graph I would guess that your BQM isn't pinging the router correctly.

By default if you have IPV6 enabled then you BQM will pick up the I.P address of the device you used when setting up the graph.
If that is the case then the BQM will be pinging your mobile phone or laptop/pc, or whatever device you were using.

You would need to edit your BQM with either the IPV4 address of your connection or the routers IPV6 WAN address.

Now that makes a lot of sense. I've had some wifi issues upstairs so I could not believe my connection was add bad as the graph implied. I've adjusted it so we'll see what happens.
