Look back Bob, Ian’s post was because he’d mixed up the acronyms and their meanings. ie FTTC meant fibre to the premises

I know that. That's why I started with "Plus". Also the later part of your post ties in with what I said, that FTTP does not mean Fibre To The Premise. It means Fibre To The Premises, be those premises a block of flats or a single house or a warehouse.

Having a quick check just now, it seems that zen is now offering 1gbits for that postcode.

It does look as if or has a database issue, or their backhaul isn't in place yet.
