Forgive me if this is posted in the incorrect category.
Can anyone tell me why the openreach stop is still not connected in the sunningdales and birkdales in North Leeds? The infrastructure has been in place for nearly a decade, but the fibre bundles are not fitted/connected.
The map shows the rest of the estate appears to be connected, but not us.
Can't ask openreach because they're not a customer facing entity!
