Hmm, still not working for me
It's the first time I've had problems with it since I joined IDNET many months ago. I'm sure it'll sort itself out in due course, but it's rather frustrating that it isn't working when I need it. I emailed support about 1.5 hours ago, no reply yet...
Edit: about 5 minutes after I made this post, I got an email from Simon saying to try it again and it was all sorted, so many thanks to support for such a quick fix. Got my email again
