Any one have a disconection last night ?

Hi,
When i got up for work this morning, about 3.30 i found my router flashing and my connection had been lost. I restarted the router and things are back to normal. My concern is that i an back in my 10 day training period and if my line is unstable i will get a lot of disconections which will affect my speed. I lost disconection around 1800 yesterday and then sometime between 21.30 (9.30) and 3.30 is this normal ?
