The difference here is that the PS3 does something that no other device in my house will do, play Blu-ray disks, I can use it as a multimedia syustem, play some games on it, ok the Wii can play games, but the PS3 plays different games.


A router/modem will still get you on the net at the moment, be it IPv4 or IPv6. Just thought it may be best to wait for better and cheaper models to come onto the market in the next few years, which they will do and get a cheaper one for the time being. But it is your money and it is up to you at the end of the day.
