Is there a problem with the spam filters on the .com accounts?

They always used to catch most of it, and the rules I added caught most of the rest, but since 5th April there's been a steady trickle of little blue pills into my inbox and nothing in the Junk folder

I'm seeing very little, Bill. Might be worth a word with support.
