I wouldn't have thought this would have affected me. I'm in a Liverpool exchange (0151).

At the time, no messages were getting through to support, so no-one knew there was an issue.

That leaves the planned work, which does seem to be having an effect despite BT saying it wouldn't.

I see... I think...!

And so we have tomorrow to look forward to....

Hopefully, Tuesday will see better results for all those who've had WBC problems.

I haven't risked the upgrade but I share your hope that experience of the new product will improve... a lot.

I can't find the reference, but I'm sure I saw somewhere that less than 10% of users have any real problems. Not much consolation if you're one of them and it's still too high, but it's not as bad as some might have you believe.

Apart from a lower sync than I'd hoped for (~13Mbps rather than 16-17) I've had no problems.

At last count, 16 of 500+ conversions had serious problems, Bill.
